Will Harris-Biden take action against Iranian agents fueling anti-Israel campus protests?

When colleges start their new academic year, it’s important for “pro-Palestine” activists to question who is really influencing their movements: It could be agents of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

An exclusive report by The Post’s Isabel Vincent revealed on Friday that Iran is financially supporting anti-Israel, pro-Hamas groups and campus demonstrations through a network of activist organizations with no obvious connection to Tehran.

For example, members of Rise Against Oppression in Texas (which conceals its ties to Iran) took over a student center at Houston University in April.

Many pro-Palestinian groups receive funding from the Maximum Difference Foundation, either directly or indirectly through the radical Tides Foundation. This U.S. family charity is connected to individuals in Iran who are close to the family of former President Akbar Rafsanjani and have collaborated with Iran’s Revolutionary Guard.

“Following the October 7th attacks, Tehran has been providing financial support and resources for anti-Israel and pro-terror protests, camps, and civil unrest,” said Sam Westrop, director of the Middle East Forum’s Islamist Watch project.

Westrop also stated that the Iranian regime seems to be running mosques, activist groups, and student organizations deeply involved in pro-terror demonstrations, in addition to groups aligned with Beijing and Hamas.

In July, Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines disclosed that “actors linked to Iran’s government have been posing as activists online, aiming to incite protests and even providing financial backing to protesters.”

Is the Harris-Biden administration turning a blind eye to a Tehran-backed subversive movement within the United States?

It appears so: The White House is working to appease the protesters, with both Israel-skeptical Rep. Ro Khanna (D-Calif.) and the anti-Israel Uncommitted National Movement at the DNC stating that Kamala Harris is open to the idea of limiting or ending aid to Israel.

The Harris-Biden administration has always shown a soft stance towards Iran, but allowing Tehran to manipulate protests in the U.S. and then giving in to the demands of the protesters is simply unacceptable.
