A panel of experts delves into the evidence of undisclosed genetic contamination in COVID-19 vaccines

The World Council for Health recently convened a hearing in which medical experts called for a halt on the use of mRNA COVID-19 vaccines. The hearing, which took place virtually on Oct. 9, discussed recent findings of genetic material in these vaccines that were previously undisclosed.

The panel, comprised of physicians, academics, and researchers from several countries, urged for an immediate moratorium on mRNA COVID-19 vaccines. These include products from both Moderna and BioNTech/Pfizer companies. Despite the approval and public acceptance of these vaccines by regulators, the hearing presented evidence suggesting that mRNA vaccines do more than just work temporarily with the body’s RNA—they may actually alter DNA.

This is a concern that had been addressed by health agencies, however. Statements from agencies such as the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services have stated that the mRNA from COVID-19 vaccines does not enter the cell’s nucleus, and thus cannot affect or interact with DNA.

A number of recent studies have found bacterial DNA in Moderna and Pfizer vaccine vials, which was initially discovered by a research project unrelated to the COVID-19 shot. Notably, several investigations have found significant amounts of bacterial plasmids in mRNA vaccines, despite the fact that there is no supposed presence of DNA in these vaccines at all.

While the formulation of these COVID-19 vaccines has changed with time, bacterial plasmids have been detected in all the vaccine formulations. There are concerns that the formulation that was distributed to the public differs from the one that was used for trials, indicating that the public was exposed to a different formulation.

Notably, some of the genetic material found in the vaccines could potentially pose health risks. Critics argue that such concerns are unfounded and have been disputed by the manufacturing company Pfizer. Despite this, healthcare professionals and researchers are continuing to investigate the presence of genetic material in the COVID-19 vaccines.
