13-year-old boy arrested for attempting to enter Wisconsin school with weapon

Police reported that a 13-year-old boy, who had been researching school shootings on the internet, was apprehended shortly after attempting to enter a Wisconsin elementary school with a weapon. When confronted by school staff, the boy fled the scene. Kenosha Police Chief Patrick Patton stated, “We narrowly avoided a potential tragedy.”
