ACLU Issues Uncommon Appeal to SCOTUS Regarding Deportations

The American Civil Liberties Union is urging the Supreme Court to intervene and prevent deportation flights initiated during the Trump administration. They contend that Venezuelan migrants were provided with fewer than 24 hours’ notice before potentially being sent to a Salvadoran prison without proper due process.
