ACLU Issues Uncommon Request to Supreme Court Regarding Deportations

The American Civil Liberties Union is petitioning the Supreme Court to halt deportation flights initiated during the Trump administration. They contend that Venezuelan migrants received less than 24 hours’ notice before being sent, without proper legal procedures, to a notorious prison in El Salvador.
