Authorities Investigate Motive Behind New Orleans Truck Rampage

On Thursday, investigators in New Orleans were probing the reasons behind a U.S. Army veteran’s actions who, while displaying an ISIS flag from his truck, drove into a crowd of New Year’s celebrants, resulting in 15 fatalities and wounding 30 others before being killed in a confrontation with the police.
