Blinken participates in a joint press briefing with Korean officials

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken will be joined by U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, South Korean Minister of Foreign Affairs Cho Tae-yul, and South Korean Minister of Defense Kim Yong-hyun for a joint press briefing at the U.S. Department of State at 1:30 p.m. ET on Oct. 31.
