California Rain Generates Mudflows, Aids Firefighters

On Monday, additional rainfall impacted several regions of Southern California following mudflows that occurred over the weekend. While this aided firefighters, it also heightened the risk of hazardous ash runoff in areas affected by recent wildfires near Los Angeles.
