Yesterday, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention revealed that 90 individuals in 13 different states have been affected by E. coli, with a probable link to slivered onions found in McDonald’s Quarter Pounders. This outbreak has led to 27 hospitalizations and tragically, one fatality, as reported by CNBC.
