China Imposes Sanctions on Military Firms and Executives in Response to US Arms Sales to Taiwan




On Friday, the Chinese foreign ministry announced sanctions against seven military industrial companies and their senior executives in response to U.S. arms support and sales to Taiwan. The measures target Boeing’s subsidiary Insitu Inc., RTX Inc.’s Raytheon Canada, and Raytheon Australia, among others.
