Lackawanna County Commissioner Chris Chermak expressed to Newsmax on Monday his efforts to have President Joe Biden’s name taken off an expressway in the Scranton area. This initiative comes in response to Biden’s recent decision to pardon a judge linked to the Kids for Cash scandal.
