Court Affirms Conviction of Theranos Founder Elizabeth Holmes
A U.S. court confirmed the convictions of Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes and President Ramesh “Sunny” Balwani on Monday. They were found guilty of deceiving investors in the now-defunct blood testing company that was once worth $9 billion.
