DOJ Supports Trump in New York Felony Case

The Department of Justice addressed the business records case involving President Donald Trump on Wednesday. They presented their argument before the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, requesting that the prosecution be relocated from New York state court to facilitate a motion to overturn the guilty verdict based on presidential immunity principles.
