According to the company’s website, Mr. Stephens is the chairman, president, and CEO of Stephens Inc., a privately held financial services firm headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Mr. Trump praised his ambassadorial choice for having created a successful financial services company while dedicating time to philanthropy and community service.
