Exploring the Connection Between Quantum Fields, Consciousness, and UFOs
Sarfatti, born in 1939, identifies as a “World War II child,” recalling vivid memories of that era. His uncle and grandfather both served in the army. At around 7 or 8 years of age, he lived with his grandparents and frequently visited the Army Quartermaster Corps to play.
“I recall an army officer who would engage with me; I was quite bright for my age, devouring science fiction literature and concepts from Isaac Asimov and similar authors. This officer would motivate me to delve deeper into those subjects and even discuss flying saucers with me,” he reminisced.
During high school, he participated in a special science program at Columbia University in Manhattan before continuing his education at Cornell University.
“I was taught by the same professors who developed the atomic bomb. For those who have seen the film ‘Oppenheimer,’ those are the very scholars from whom I learned physics at Cornell,” Sarfatti noted.
His professors included Philip Morrison and Robert Wilson, with Hans Bethe serving as his academic advisor.

Sarfatti embarked on his career as a young assistant professor of physics in San Diego, overseeing Navy programs and engaging in military contracts. He revealed that government agencies, including the CIA and Defense Department, approached him to tackle two key issues: the workings of consciousness and the mechanics of flying saucers.
He asserts that the consciousness dilemma was resolved 30 years ago, while the propulsion issue was likely clarified around 2011, attributing these insights to quantum mechanics and entanglement.
“Quantum entanglement is a characteristic of the quantum wave function. For instance, if my quantum wave function and yours merge, we achieve entanglement,” Sarfatti explained.
According to him, consciousness operates at a quantum level, with the mind represented as a quantum mechanical wave. This mental field can influence matter, allowing an individual to move their own body. When a person is conscious, they can perceive and respond to their environment, owing to the electrical charges present in the nervous system.
“These patterns reflect the neurodynamics, responding at a fundamental level, and they interact with the coherent quantum field present in your brain or body,” he elaborated. “Those subtle perturbations constitute our conscious experience.”
Beyond quantum mechanics, he introduces the concept of post-quantum mechanics, noting that traditional quantum mechanics lacked the action-reaction principle, also known as Newton’s third law, which states every action has an equal and opposite reaction.
“Our consciousness can simply be regarded as the response of matter acting upon its quantum wave function, which is a mental construct,” he remarked.
Sarfatti posits that this principle of matter reacting to its quantum wave function leads to the hypothesis of UFOs being a form of super artificial intelligence (AI).
“These entities in the sky are, essentially, conscious AI,” he asserted, referencing classified military intelligence and his investigations into UFO propulsion and gravity manipulation.
He elaborated on how UFOs employ metamaterials and electromagnetic fields to control gravity, facilitating their remarkable acceleration and rapid movement. He pointed out that Apple’s M3 and M4 chips currently utilize metamaterials.
Moreover, he noted that since the 1920s, there has been an understanding that electromagnetism could alter gravitational fields, suggesting that time travel might be theoretically achievable.
