A federal judge has lifted the restriction he previously imposed on the Trump administration’s buyout initiative for federal employees, rejecting unions’ request for a preliminary injunction.
Judge George O’Toole of Massachusetts stated in a Feb. 12 ruling that the plaintiffs did not have standing and that the court lacks subject matter jurisdiction over their claims.
