Former Florida Congressman Gaetz Joins One America News Network
Since stepping away from the attorney general nomination, Matt Gaetz has made a significant career shift.
Former Representative Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) is set to join One America News (OAN), as announced by the network on December 10.
At the age of 42, Gaetz will host his own show titled “The Matt Gaetz Show,” which is scheduled to air at 9 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, according to OAN.
At that time, Gaetz expressed that he was “fully committed to ensuring that Donald J. Trump becomes the most successful President in history.”
Established in 2013, OAN is owned by Herring Networks, which operates in California and Washington.
In addition, Gaetz will co-host a weekly podcast alongside Dan Ball, another host at the network.
“This partnership is going to elevate OAN significantly.”
Gaetz mentioned that he possesses sources and insights that will enable him to provide coverage on the Trump administration and other pertinent topics.
“Expect essential information that will keep you informed about President Trump, Congress, and happenings across the nation,” he stated.
Gaetz served Florida’s First Congressional District from 2017 until November 2024, when he resigned shortly after winning reelection. A native of Florida, he was raised in Fort Walton Beach. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and later obtained a law degree from William & Mary Law School. Before his tenure in Congress, he was a Florida state senator.
