John Frankman, a former captain in the U.S. Army Special Forces Green Berets, expressed to Newsmax on Friday that President Donald Trump’s commitment to reinstate over 8,000 U.S. military troops and provide their backpay, after their discharge for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine, needs to be “very comprehensive.”
