Former Swimmers Sue for Access to Lia Thomas’ Records

Three ex-swimmers from the University of Pennsylvania have initiated legal action against their university, Harvard University, and additional entities, claiming violations of Title IX for permitting transgender athlete Lia Thomas to participate in the 2022 Women’s Ivy League Swimming and Diving Championships.
