FTX CEO Bankman-Fried Requests Court to Drop Charges

Sam Bankman-Fried, the CEO of FTX who has long denied stealing from customers of his FTX cryptocurrency exchange, asks a judge to drop 10 of the 13 criminal charges in his indictment on June 15.

The hearing is before U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan in Manhattan federal court.
