GOP Rep. Michelle Steel’s Reelection in Limbo
Rep. Michelle Steel, R-Calif., is eagerly awaiting confirmation of her reelection in the 45th Congressional District, as the race remains undecided due to a significant number of outstanding mail-in ballots. Steel currently holds a slim lead of just over two points, with 51.1% of the vote compared to her opponent’s 48.9%, and there are still 17% of votes left to be counted.
