House GOP Moves to Repeal California’s EV Mandate Waiver

On Thursday, House Republicans presented three resolutions under the Congressional Review Act aimed at overturning regulations established during the Biden administration. These regulations intend to phase out the use of gasoline-powered vehicles, heavy-duty trucks, and diesel engines within the next ten years.
