Improving school choices is more probable than abolishing the Department of Education.

President-elect Donald Trump’s proposed expansion of “school choice” programs in the coming year would provide opportunities for hundreds of thousands of parents to transfer their children from underperforming public schools to institutions that better cater to their educational needs.
