Iraq Detains Suspected ISIS Associate in Connection with NOLA Attack

An individual suspected of being affiliated with the Islamic State group was apprehended on Tuesday by Iraqi officials. They are accused of instigating the New Year’s Day truck-ramming attack on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, which resulted in 14 fatalities and 57 injuries.
