Jamie Lynn Spears exits I’m A Celebrity due to medical reasons
Jamie Lynn Spears has left I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! on medical grounds, making her the second contestant to do so in a few days.
An ITV show spokesperson confirmed to Sky News that Britney Spears’ sister departed the set on Wednesday afternoon.
The spokesperson praised Spears as a fantastic campmate who excelled at trials and bonded well with her fellow celebrities.
Sky News has learned that she has left the camp, and her fellow campmates are aware that she won’t be returning.
Her final appearance on the show will be in Wednesday night’s UK episode.
She follows Grace Dent, who left on Monday after expressing that her “heart is broken” from leaving the set early.
Dent was supposed to face the bushtucker trial, Down The Tubes, in Monday night’s episode, but Hollyoaks actor Nick Pickard read out a statement in which Dent announced her early departure.
