Judge Dismisses Lawsuit Regarding Wrongful Death of Gabby Petito

The wrongful death lawsuit filed by Gabby Petito’s parents against the city of Moab was dismissed by a Utah judge on Wednesday. The lawsuit alleged that police did not take enough action during a traffic stop to protect their daughter from the man who later killed her.
