Judge Rules WH Must Provide 21-Day Deportation Notice for Certain Venezuelan Migrants

A federal judge in Colorado ordered the Trump administration on Tuesday to provide Venezuelan migrants held in that state with 21 days’ notice prior to any deportations, a provision that has traditionally been applied only during wartime. Additionally, the judge instructed that these individuals be informed of their right to contest their deportation.
