Man Arrested at Miami Airport After Refusing to Leave Plane Following Hair Transplant Surgery

A man who was bleeding after a hair transplant was arrested for refusing to leave a plane.

Eugenio Ernesto Hernandez-Garnier and a female companion were removed from the aircraft at Miami airport on Tuesday, as reported by local media.

The airline staff were concerned about the condition of his head and the possibility of bodily fluid contamination. Despite this, the 27-year-old claimed he did not have any fresh bandages to tend to his wound.

The couple refused to comply, with the arrest report stating that the woman, Yusleydis Blanca Loyola, even declared to the crew, “if they could not fly, no one else can either”.

Police were called to the scene and warned the pair that they would be arrested.

The woman began live streaming the incident on TikTok, and eventually they were handcuffed and escorted off the American Airlines flight bound for Las Vegas.
