Melania Trump set to publish ‘personal’ memoir | US News
Melania Trump will release a memoir this autumn, described by her office as an “intimate portrait of a woman who has led an extraordinary life”.
The memoir, titled Melania, was announced by the former first lady’s office on Thursday, promising personal stories and family photos “never before shared with the public”.
Specific details like co-authorship and release date are yet to be revealed by her office, which has positioned it as “a powerful and inspiring story of a woman who has forged her own path, overcome challenges, and achieved personal excellence”.
It will be available in two versions: A $150 (£116) “collector’s edition” with 256 pages in full color and signed by the author, and a “memoir edition” with 304 pages, including 48 pages of previously unseen photographs.
The book is priced at $40 (£31), with signed editions costing $75 (£58).
Although there have been books about Mrs. Trump by others, including one by former advisor Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, this upcoming memoir will be her first in-depth personal account.

Throughout her time as first lady, Mrs. Trump has prioritized privacy, focusing on raising her son Barron and promoting her “Be Best” initiative to support children’s social, emotional, and physical well-being.
While she has made limited public appearances, such as at her husband’s campaign launch for 2024 and the recent Republican National Convention, she has largely stayed away from the campaign trail.
Her decision not to speak at this year’s convention broke with tradition for candidates’ wives, and differed from the 2016 and 2020 Republican events.
The memoir is being published by Skyhorse Publishing, known for works by Donald Trump allies like former mayor Rudolph Giuliani, attorney Alan Dershowitz, and former lawyer Michael Cohen, who later became a vocal critic of the president.
