On Friday, the U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board provided an update on their investigation, revealing that the fires at a BioLab facility located near Atlanta, which resulted in a toxic chemical cloud, were triggered by reactive chemicals coming into contact with moisture.
