New Date Set for Resentencing Hearing of Erik and Lyle Menendez on Dec. 11

The resentencing hearing for Erik and Lyle Menendez has been scheduled for Dec. 11. The judge will determine whether they will be granted a chance at freedom, as they have served 34 years in prison for the murder of their parents with a shotgun in 1989 at their Beverly Hills residence.
