New lawsuit accuses rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of additional sexual assault allegations

Further allegations of sexual assault have been leveled against Sean “Diddy” Combs after a woman filed a lawsuit in New York.

In this new civil case, the woman, known by the pseudonym Jane Doe, claims she was repeatedly raped and drugged at the homes of the music mogul and became pregnant after one of the encounters.

This lawsuit comes after a series of similar legal cases brought by women against Combs, 54, who was arrested at a hotel in New York last week on charges of sex trafficking, drug possession, and firearms offenses.

Filed on Friday against Combs, his companies, and several associates, the latest lawsuit seeks undisclosed damages for physical injuries, severe emotional distress, humiliation, anxiety, and other harm.

The woman alleges that she met Combs overseas in 2020 and that the assaults and harassment continued through July of this year.

She alleges that she was often coerced and harassed into visiting Combs’ homes in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and other cities, where during each visit, the rapper would require her to “perform a show” for him.

In an encounter said to have occurred in July 2022, the woman claims she blacked out after being forced to consume drugs, including ketamine.

She later took a pregnancy test and informed Combs of the positive result. She said an associate of the music producer repeatedly pressured her to have an abortion, and she eventually had a miscarriage, as stated in the lawsuit.

The woman, represented by lawyers Marie Napoli and Joseph Ciaccio, also claims that Combs and his associates tracked her location and monitored her conversations.

She alleges that Combs discouraged her from working and provided her with an “allowance” to exert control over her.

“No one is above the law. Fame and wealth do not protect Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs from serious allegations of sex trafficking and abuse,” Ms Napoli stated in a release.

Combs has been facing civil allegations of rape, sexual assault, and forced drugging since November 2023.

While he has pleaded not guilty to racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking, he remains in custody without bail. His lawyer maintains his innocence and vows to clear his name.

A lawyer for Combs did not respond to the allegations made in the lawsuit filed last Friday when reached out to by the Associated Press news agency.
