Shamsud-Din Jabbar, the individual responsible for the tragic attack on revelers in New Orleans with a truck, which resulted in the deaths of 14 people celebrating New Year’s Day on Bourbon Street, reportedly left an open copy of the Quran at his residence, specifically on a page discussing killing for Allah, as stated by the New York Post.
