Shamsud-Din Jabbar, the assailant from New Orleans, was found to have a bomb-making facility in his residence in Texas, along with a page from the Quran opened to a verse stating, “they fight in Allah’s cause, and slay and are slain; a promise binding,” according to a report by the New York Post.
