P Diddy: Sean Combs Faces Allegations of Drugging and Sexually Assaulting 10-Year-Old Boy in Recent Lawsuit | US News
Accusations have arisen against Sean “Diddy” Combs for drugging and sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy in a recent lawsuit.
In 2005, the rapper, aged 54, allegedly assaulted the boy in a New York City hotel room.
Another lawsuit has emerged, accusing the incarcerated hip-hop mogul of assaulting a 17-year-old aspiring contestant on the reality TV show “Making the Band” in 2008.
These lawsuits are part of a series of legal actions where accusers claim they were sexually assaulted by Combs during parties and meetings over the past twenty years.
Combs’ attorneys have refuted the new allegations and criticized the plaintiffs’ lawyer, Anthony Buzbee, for seeking publicity. Buzbee says he represents over 150 of the rapper’s accusers and has filed at least 17 lawsuits.
“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the truth and integrity of the judicial process,” stated an email. “In court, the truth will prevail: Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – regardless of age or gender.”
Currently in a New York City jail, Combs has pleaded not guilty to federal sex trafficking charges outlined in an indictment released after his arrest on 16 September.
The 10-year-old boy, anonymous in the lawsuit, was an aspiring actor and rapper who had traveled from California with his parents for meetings with music industry executives.
During what was supposed to be an audition, an associate of Combs gave him a drugged drink.

The lawsuit alleges that Combs pushed him down and forced him to perform oral sex until he lost consciousness, threatening to harm the child’s parents if he disclosed what happened.
The unidentified 17-year-old male claimed Combs made him perform oral sex with the music mogul and a bodyguard during a three-day audition for the television program “Making the Band,” which Combs produced.
Combs portrayed this as a “test” of the teenager’s determination to succeed in the music industry.
When the 17-year-old expressed apprehensions, he was disqualified from the contest and barred from the music industry for seven years, according to the lawsuit.
Both lawsuits have been filed under New York City’s Victims of Gender Motivated Violence Protection Act, allowing survivors to file lawsuits even if the statute of limitations has expired.
Combs’ criminal trial is set for 5 May, 2025.
