According to Rep. Tom McClintock, R-Calif., President Donald Trump is correct in stating that California faces a water issue. However, he emphasized on Newsmax Thursday that it is the environmental regulations, rather than a shortage of water, that significantly contributed to the increase in wildfires across the state.
