Representative Ritchie Torres criticizes Hochul and Adams for the release of stabbing suspect
Rep. Ritchie Torres, D-N.Y., criticized Governor Kathy Hochul and Mayor Eric Adams of New York City, accusing them of being “complicit” in the deaths of three individuals allegedly committed by a homeless man who had been recently discharged from prison.
