Rubio Issues Ultimatum to Panama Regarding Canal Issues

On Sunday, Secretary of State Marco Rubio warned that the U.S. might take action against Panama unless there are swift changes to diminish Chinese influence over the canal. In response, the leader of Panama stated that he is not intimidated by the prospect of a U.S. invasion and extended an offer for discussions.
