Rumors are swirling that Zendaya and Tom Holland may be engaged, sparked by the sighting of the 28-year-old actress at the Golden Globes, where she donned a stunning diamond ring on her left ring finger.

The pair first met while collaborating on 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming and publicly confirmed their romantic relationship in 2021.

Sky News has reached out to representatives for Zendaya and Holland to request comments on the matter.

During the Globes red carpet, Zendaya spoke with journalists, where she was nominated for best actress in a musical or comedy for her performance in the romantic sports drama Challengers.

Although she lost the award to Demi Moore, who received it for her role in the body horror film The Substance, Zendaya’s prominent diamond ring generated significant buzz throughout the event.

A reporter from the Los Angeles Times prompted Zendaya about the ring, holding up her own engagement ring while doing so. Zendaya responded by showcasing her own left-hand ring.

When asked by the reporter if she was engaged, Zendaya playfully showcased her ring, smiled coyly, and shrugged her shoulders in a mysterious manner.

Notably, Holland, who is also 28, did not attend the Golden Globes ceremony on Sunday.

For the event, Zendaya dazzled in an orange ball gown by Louis Vuitton, complemented by exquisite diamond jewelry from Bulgari, a brand she represents. However, while the other pieces of jewelry she wore were noted in a press release, there was no reference to the ring on her left hand.

Having risen to prominence with her breakout role in Disney’s Shake It Up, Zendaya became a household name following her starring role in Euphoria.

Tom Holland, son of British actor/comedian Dominic Holland, began his career with a role in Billy Elliot The Musical as a child and has since achieved universal acclaim playing Spider-Man in six Marvel Cinematic Universe films.
