Russia Announces Ceasefire for Easter Weekend; Supreme Court Suspends Deportations Under Alien Enemies Act

Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, declared a unilateral cease-fire today in honor of the Easter holiday. The directive halts Russian military operations beginning at 6 p.m. Moscow time and will remain in effect until midnight on Sunday.
