Russian Officials Report That US Emergency Hotline is Currently Inactive

According to Dmitry Peskov, the spokesperson for the Kremlin, the special emergency hotline established between the Kremlin and the White House after the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis is currently not being utilized. Peskov made these comments in an interview with TASS state news agency, which was published on Wednesday.
