Sean Combs, also known as P Diddy, named as co-defendant in lawsuit claiming son sexually assaulted woman on yacht | Entertainment & Arts Update
Sean Combs, also known as P Diddy, has been implicated in a lawsuit alleging his son sexually assaulted a woman working on a yacht chartered by him.
The lawsuit claims that Combs orchestrated the circumstances that led to the assault and then paid to cover it up afterwards.
This is the most recent in a series of serious allegations against the rapper in recent months, all of which he denies.
Grace O’Marcaigh, a crew member and bartender on the boat, alleged that Combs’ son Christian “King” Combs pressured her to drink tequila she believed was spiked with other drugs.
He groped her breasts and genitals and tried to force her to perform oral sex, according to the lawsuit.
Normally, individuals alleging sexual abuse are not named, but Ms O’Marcaigh chose to come forward publicly and agreed to be named through her legal representation.
Aaron Dyer, a lawyer representing Sean and Christian Combs, labeled the lawsuit as “lewd and baseless.”
“We will be filing a motion to dismiss this outrageous claim,” he stated.
The alleged incident reportedly began in the ship’s music studio, where microphones recorded an interaction between the two.
Ms O’Marcaigh, who was 25 at the time, stated that Christian Combs, then 24, returned drunk and insisted she take shots of tequila, which she consumed out of obligation.
The lawsuit alleges that he became increasingly aggressive, forcefully grabbing her arm as she attempted to escape the situation, then groping her. The lawsuit contains a transcript where she demands he stop touching her.
The lawsuit mentioned that Ms O’Marcaigh suspected the alcohol had been spiked as everything quickly became blurry.
It claimed that the assault continued in the yacht’s cinema, which was being used as an extra sleeping area where Ms O’Marcaigh was seeking a place to rest, until another crew member intervened and he ceased his actions.

During the Christmas period in 2022, Sean Combs, who chartered the yacht, “had complete control over the staff and facilities” and allegedly created an environment where Ms O’Marcaigh’s assault was not only permitted but encouraged, according to the lawsuit.
Ms O’Marcaigh claimed she informed the yacht’s captain about the assault the next morning, but after Sean Combs reportedly provided him with a large sum of money, the captain allegedly failed to conduct a meaningful investigation or take any action.
The lawsuit asserted that she was later terminated in retaliation and has since been unable to secure employment in the music industry, where she had intended to establish a career, and has experienced severe emotional distress.
