Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Faces Allegations of Raping Three Men Following Administration of Spiked Drinks | US News

Sean “Diddy” Combs faces accusations from three men who claim he drugged them with alcoholic beverages before sexually assaulting them while they were incapacitated.

According to separate lawsuits reviewed by NBC News, Sky’s US partner channel, the alleged incidents occurred in hotel rooms or at his residence between 2019 and 2022.

Combs‘ legal representatives have dismissed the allegations as “filled with lies” and stated: “We will demonstrate their falsity and pursue penalties against every unethical attorney who lodged these fabricated claims against him.”

These new allegations join a growing list of lawsuits filed against Combs—once known as Puff Daddy—accusing him of sexual assault and rape that reportedly dates back to the 1990s.

In one of the lawsuits, submitted to New York state’s Supreme Court on Thursday, a longtime employee of Combs recounted to NBC News that he was raped in a hotel room in early 2020.

The individual, who worked for Combs from 2006 to 2018 running errands, mentioned he wanted to address a financial dispute regarding money he claimed he was owed.

Upon entering the hotel suite, he stated that Combs presented him with a drink, and within “two minutes, I started to feel extremely tired, very sleepy”.

When he regained consciousness, he alleged that Combs was assaulting him and he attempted to intervene.

Attorney Thomas Giuffra, representing the three men, remarked on the consistency of the alleged incidents involving Combs, stating, “He would hit them with the drinks, knock them out,” emphasizing that upon waking, “he’d be raping them”.

Another plaintiff detailed his encounter with Combs at a Manhattan nightclub in 2019, where he was invited to an exclusive afterparty at the Park Hyatt hotel.

He claimed in the lawsuit that Combs offered him a “cocktail” which he personally prepared. After losing consciousness, he reportedly awoke to find Combs assaulting him, during which the incident was allegedly filmed.

Court filings indicate that the next morning, the man was handed $2,500 (£2,000) by an individual who was filming, stating it was provided by Combs.

The third lawsuit alleges that a man “fell victim to one or more criminal sexual acts” by Combs “and his associates” from 2020 to 2022, including during a gathering at Combs’s mansion in East Hampton, New York.

During the party, he reported “feeling unwell… fading in-and-out of consciousness,” and subsequently experienced sexual assault and rape, as highlighted in the lawsuit.

Combs, 55, has been in custody since September when he was arrested by federal authorities, accused of a scheme to sexually exploit and abuse women.

He has pleaded not guilty to charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation with intent to engage in prostitution. A criminal trial is scheduled to commence in May.

Combs has vehemently denied all allegations, characterizing them as “sickening claims” from individuals seeking “quick financial gain”.
