Senator Ted Cruz, R-Texas, has stated that Tom Homan, President-elect Donald Trump’s border czar, will be the one leading the immigration policy of the incoming administration, rather than South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem who was nominated to head the Department of Homeland Security.
