Study: Biden’s ‘Under-the-Radar’ Tax on Households Reached $16,000 in 2024

According to a report published on Thursday by the Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI), federal regulations enacted by the Biden administration are projected to incur costs of $2.16 trillion in 2024. This results in a “hidden regulatory tax” exceeding $16,000 for American households.
