Supreme Court to Review Legal Battle Regarding Louisiana Electoral Districts

The Supreme Court has agreed to hear a case brought by Louisiana officials and civil rights groups seeking to uphold an electoral map that increased the number of Black-majority congressional districts. The challenge was initiated by a group of voters who identified as “non-African American.”
