Tesla Issues Recall for Nearly 700,000 Vehicles Due to Tire Pressure Concern | Money News
Tesla has issued a recall for nearly 700,000 of its electric vehicles due to a problem with the tyre pressure monitoring system’s warning light.
The warning light may not remain active across drive cycles, which could prevent drivers from being alerted to low tyre pressure and heighten the risk of an accident, according to the manufacturer.
This issue impacts certain Model 3, Model Y, and Cybertruck vehicles, Tesla mentioned.
A free software update will address the problem.
Notifications to owners of the affected vehicles are expected to be dispatched on 15 February next year.

Tesla has initiated multiple recalls this year.
The automaker, led by Elon Musk, recalled 1.8 million vehicles in July over a bonnet issue that raised crash risks.
In February, the company recalled nearly 2.2 million vehicles in the US due to warnings lights on the instrument panel being too small.
Additionally, its Cybertruck has been recalled seven times, including a recall last month that affected approximately 2,400 vehicles.
