Texas Guard Prevents Crossings as Title 42 Ends; NYC Marine Veteran Charged With Manslaughter



The first day after the end of Title 42, Todd Bensman, senior national security fellow with the Center for Immigration Studies, told NTD the Texas Guard has successfully prevented migrants from trying to cross.

On Thursday night, a federal judge temporarily blocked the Biden administration from releasing illegal immigrants without court notices.

In New York City, a U.S. Marine veteran who put a homeless subway passenger in a chokehold is facing charges for manslaughter.

Maryland Gov. Wes Moore signed a bill into law legalizing possession of 1.5 ounces of cannabis. However, it’s been revealed that Moore personally invests almost half of all his assets in cannabis stock.
