Transportation Secretary: DC Crash Was ‘Preventable’

According to the newly appointed Secretary of Transportation, Sean Duffy, the tragic mid-air collision that occurred on Wednesday night in Washington, D.C., involving an American Airlines aircraft and a U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopter on a training exercise was “preventable.”
