Trump Calls for Permanent Resettlement of Displaced Gazans in New Locations

During a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House on Tuesday, President Donald Trump referred to the Gaza Strip as “a demolition site right now.” He suggested that the displaced Palestinians could be “permanently” resettled outside of the conflict-ridden area.
